Two things odd about the article/list: - NY is not on the list, while cities like Hartford/New Haven, Washington DC and others (which costs about the same or more than NY) are on it - that's an insult. - Hartford/New Haven is above Cleveland. The code of a 1 BR apt is about $695 in Cleveland while in Hartford/New Haven its about $400 more.
